NJAPP-Mulberry Protein Shake
/Ingredients:
- 1 Cup of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 Scoop of Protein Powder (I use vanilla Vega Sport)
- 1 Small - Medium Frozen Banana
- ½ cup of mixed berries
- Handful of Spinach
- 1 Tbsp of Instant Oats
- 4 Ice Cubes
- Mulberries
- Chia Seeds
Combine all of the above ingredients (except for the mulberries and chia seeds) in your blender. Blend until smooth. Pour immediately into a large glass and top it with your set mulberries and chia seeds. Enjoy!
