Waistline Friendly Veggie Dip

Herein this photo is a sneak peek into one of my “Healthie-Bestie” gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 container of plain Siggy’s yogurt 

  • 1 tsp of minced garlic 

  • Lemon Zest (I used my entire medium lemon)

  • 2 Tbsp of chopped fresh dill 

  • Fresh ground pepper (1/4 Tsp or to taste) 

  • Sea salt (1/4 Tsp or to taste)

  • 3 Tbsp of fresh lemon juice 

Step 1

Combine all the above ingredients in a medium glass bowl and combine with a rubber spatula.

Step 2

Chill for 20 minutes before you serve. This allows all those yummy ingredients to become friends.
