Queen Bee's Springtini buzz or no buzz
/Nothing says, “I LOVE YOU” more than freshly squeezed lemonade served in mason jars on a memorable day. 🍋🧊🥂
Ingredients
15-20 large lemons (freshly squeezed-yielding 2 cups of juice)
1 1/2 cups of a homemade simple syrup (see recipe below↓)
SIMPLE SYRUP RECIPE
1 cup of organic sugar
1 cup of water
In a medium saucepan combine sugar and water.
Bring to a boil, stirring, until sugar has dissolved.
Allow to cool.
2 cups of crushed ice or ice cubes
1-2 cups of ice cold water
lemon slices for garnish
Optional: Prosecco for the BUZZ🐝
Step 1
Juice the lemons to make 2 cups of juice.
Step 2
In a pretty gallon pitcher combine 2 cups lemon juice, 1 1/2 cups of your homemade simple syrup, +2 cups cold water, and + 2 cups of crushed ice.
Step 3
Stir. Adjust water to taste. Chill and serve over ice and prosecco if you are +a little BUZZ🐝
